Space Availability - JFM Third Floor

The One Button Studio is open to all faculty, staff, and students to create recordings. No video production experience is required.

Select a date and time from the availability grid below. Click "Submit Times." You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. 

Hours Available during Fall & Spring Semesters:  Monday-Thursday, 8 am-10 pm; Friday, 8 am-5 pm; Saturday, 1-5 pm; Sunday, 1-9 pm

Before your session, you must email TIDE at TIDE@tamut.edu for access to the One Button Studio.  After 5 pm and on weekends, email libraryhelp@tamut.edu for access.

Location: University Center Room 322 (behind the elevators, on the northwest side)

NOTE:

Bring a USB drive with you to save your presentation. A second USB drive (with your presentation on this drive) is needed if you are recording one.

Please do not wear gray colors as the screen background is gray. 

No food please. Water is allowed as long as it is not placed near the equipment.

Extra chairs and/or props are permitted. 

Be sure to leave the presentation clicker (don't accidentally take it with you).

Please do not move any OBS equipment. Moving furniture is allowed.

Please leave the OBS the way you found it.
